K9 Caps – Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of every K9 Caps product. If a problem slips through, we'll make it
right.

1. Returns – Defective Items Only

• What qualifies
Only products that arrive damaged, mis‐stitched, or otherwise defective may be returned for a
refund.
Custom‐made items (anything we personalise or modify for you) are final sale unless they are
defective.
• Request a Return or Exchange within 14 calendar days
Send an email to support@k9caps.com with:
– your order number
– clear photos of the defect
– whether you would like a refund or replacement
We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write this number on the
outside of the parcel; packages without an RMA may be refused.
• Ship back within 30 calendar days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Cost
We provide a prepaid label for approved defective returns. You pay nothing for return shipping.
• Refund
Once received and inspected, we refund the full purchase price (including original shipping) to
your original payment method within 5‐7 business days.

2. Exchanges – Premade Hats Only

Need a different size, color, or style? We offer one‐time exchanges on premade (non‐custom)
hats.

• Request within 15 calendar days of delivery
Email support@k9caps.com with your order number, the product you are sending back, and
what you would like instead. We will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and
reserve your replacement.
• Condition & shipping
Premade hats must be returned new, unworn, and with all tags/packaging. You are responsible
for the cost of shipping the hat back to us. We cover the outbound shipping for the replacement.
• How exchanges are processed
We will ship your replacement after we receive and inspect the original item.

3. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

• Custom‐made hats (except if defective)
• Products returned later than 30 days from delivery
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
• Items missing original packaging or tags

Returns

To return a K9 Caps product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at support@k9caps.com  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
